A. The Association is formed as a non-profit, non-charitable, non-stock organization.
B. The Association's purpose is to foster the continuation of the NATO spirit through social activities and especially, to promote a friendly relationship with the SACLANT/ACT staff.
C. The Association is not an entity or instrumentality of SACLANT/ACT and is not entitled to any of the privileges and immunities afforded SACLANT
